Lead Pastor

Philip Nola was raised in nearby in Hoover, Alabama. After some time struggling with addiction following an injury, Philip had an encounter with God that turned his life around. After graduating Highlands College, Philip began leading youth and outreach ministries at a couple of churches in the southeast, before being called to Redemption.

ALAN HIGDON

Pastor Alan leads our youth group. Over the past 25 years he has been a senior pastor, student pastor, and church planter. His heart for God’s kingdom is shown in the way he serves.

Hannah Nola

Hannah is our pastor’s wife, interim children’s director, janitor, and more! She is a go-getter that loves the Lord and has a heart for our children’s ministries at Redemption. She has graciously stepped into the role of Children’s Director as we search for a Children’s Pastor.

Shawn & Niki Lackey

The Lackey’s are a powerhouse duo that are passionate about worship. They have years of experience leading worship and participating on worship teams. Their desire is to lead others in a genuine experience at the foot of the cross.

Lacey Byers

Lacey Byers is our church administrative assistant. A Chelsea native, Lacey has attended church at this location her entire life. Her ancestors were some of the founding members of the white church that still stands across the road from our current facilities.
